"Teach us how to count our days so that we may acquire a heart of wisdom." Psalm 90:12. . . By the words "how to count our days" we get the picture of the transitory nature of our lives. . . However, hope also resides in the following: "so that we may acquire a heart of wisdom." ... Is that not our desire ... to be wise; live wisely; pass wisdom on? ... Let's explore our beautiful earth; words of wisdom or just our own lives to acquire that "heart of wisdom."

Training....
Training, counsel, discipline.
Words that many hate. But why? Do not Olympic athletes need training and practice?
Do not students need teachers to correct so that they (students) can perfect their arts or courses?
Perfection is actually not always required; our best is. So today's thought is:
"Happy is the man whom you correct, O Jah, (Jehovah) Whom you teach from your law, to give him tranquility during days of calamity, until a pit is dug for the wicked." Ps. 94:12, 13.
Love these words!
Comforting, right?
